I also see what happened to cause it. As I continue to focus, I silently ask, What else caused the problem? Soon I get impressions on the fundamental cause of the problem. I go up and ask God to release the traumas and issues underlying the body condition. Continued focus while silent asking questions about recovery affirmations and behavior changes and herbs as needed to correct the problem. Many things never return after one session.
